Errors when connecting?

Most errors can be resolved by simply trying to connect again.

If you are getting the error 429 constantly, your IP might be temporarily blocked from TikTok. We suggest closing the browser window and wait around 15-20 min.

We have occasional problems with the TikTok livestream connection software, that gets all the information from TikTok Live. In this case, you can only wait until all problems are fixed.

When entering your username, make sure you enter the unique username that only exists once on the platform.
